A copy of the International award winning film Heart of the Country has been sent to each of the thirty-three sites in the Idaho Management of Change Project.

A powerful and inspiring film about a community dedicated to educating the heart as well as the mind.

	Heart of the Country is the story of Shinichi Yasutomo, the extraordinary principal of a village elementary school in Japan and the  passion of the teachers, parents, and elders to educate the heart as well as the mind.
It is the story of a community bound by love for its children and a deep respect for learning, a bond shaped by the cultural upheaval of postwar Japan.
